ShazzleMail Connect Help
Welcome to ShazzleMail. The following will provide you with the settings need to complete the configuration for using ShazzleMail on your PC if you are using Outlook as your email client. Settings are the same if you are using another Windows email client.
Step 1: Click on File in the top left corner of your Outlook Homepage.
Step 2: Click on Account Settings (add and remove accounts or change existing connection settings).
Step 3:Click on New to create your new SazzleMail Account
Step 4: Click on Manual Setup or additional server types and then NEXT.
Step 5: Click on POP or IMAP account and then NEXT
- Enter your name and your ShazzleMail email account (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Enter your Incoming and Outgoing Server for POP3 account type
- Enter your username and password
Step 7: Click on More Settings and verify your general information
Step 8: Click Outgoing Server and make sure to check the boxes “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.
Step 9: Click on Advanced and enter your Incoming server (POP3) and Outgoing Server (SMTP). When finished click OK.
a.) You can obtain the information on Incoming server (POP3) and Outgoing Server (SMTP) from your ShazzleMail Connect
Step 10: Click on NEXT and the test will be ran automatically. Once it’s done click n CLOSE
Step 11: Click on Finish
