If you are experiencing problems with your ShazzleMail Pro account, please choose one of the following:

Select ‘Send Report’ from the Shazzle Mail Client application on your PC. On the upper left corner you will see Home-Accounts-Help.

Click “Send Report”.

Select “Send Report” from the ShazzleMail Connect.

On the upper right corner click on Contact Us tab and send your report from there.
